We are hiring experienced TLC course instructors who are fluent in English and Spanish. Candidates must already have experience teaching TLC-approved classes and be able to work at both our Bronx and Queens locations.

Courses include:

• TLC 24-Hour Course (3 days, 8 hours per day)
• TLC Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Course (WAV – 3 hours)
• TLC Driver Renewal Course (5 hours)
• Defensive Driving Course (6 hours)
• Portable Electronic Device Course (PED – 2 hours)
• Vision Zero and Accessibility Course (VZW - 2 hours)
• Defensive Driving Course (DDC 6 - hours) Training available

Requirements

• Previous experience as a TLC classes instructor (required)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Speaks French (preferred)
• Ability to work in both Bronx and Queens offices (required)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for dependable individuals interested in a long-term, part-time position. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and committed to building a consistent working relationship with our team.

No previous Experience:

We’re also looking for skilled and talented students to join our team as instructors. In fact, about half of our current instructors were once students at our school. Please reach out interested in exploring the possibility of becoming a TLC instructor with paid training.
